Amazing spa day with some hiccups

Had a great time with my dad at the spa! The massages were the highlight, super relaxing, and the sauna was lit! Dinner was nice, too, but we faced some trouble with front desk service and unexpected charges for towels. Plus, the occasional rude staff left us feeling a bit off. But overall a fun experience!

The hotel offered a great atmosphere with beautiful landscapes and an impressive spa area. However, the check-in process was frustratingly long, and the dining service was noticeably slow. While the amenities were enjoyable, the service needs improvement for a truly relaxing experience.

thermen bussloo, apeldoorn has beautiful spacious rooms with fantastic lake views. the nespresso machine was a nice touch! the spa facilities, especially the cenote pool, were diverse and truly relaxing. it definitely embraces the healthy benefits of saunas and infusions, which were a highlight of my stay.

I found myself enjoying some stunning sights near the hotel, with Bussloo Recreation Area just almost 3 km away offering gorgeous walks and peaceful views, which made my weekend strolls truly delightful, and the morning breakfast was exceptional, featuring a fantastic variety and friendly staff who helped make my stay enjoyable, setting a perfect tone for the day ahead.

The Double Room with Lake View was spacious and modern. I loved the comfy king-sized bed and the well-stocked mini bar. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the view of the lake was just amazing. Also, having a Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch! Not much to complain about, just some issues with heating, but it didn't ruin the stay.
